Office hour

You can make an appointment daily for a consultation (preferably by telephone) between 8:00 AM to 11:30 AM. The assistant will ask the reason for your consult. An appointment lasts 10 minutes. If you want to discuss several problems, then make a double appointment. A long conversation or a little surgery requires a double appointment.

Emergency

For life threatenings events cal 112. For other emergency situation (during the normal buisness day) that can’t be waited cal 0651158232. During evening en nigth (17:00 PM till 8:00 AM) en in the weekend call SMASH: 0703469669.

House visit

When it is not possible to come to the office, then the doctor is able to visit you at home. For example, because you are too sick or (temporarily) disabled. A request for a house visit must be asked before 10:00 AM.

Doctor assistant

The doctor assistant doesn’t only make appointments, but also specified tasks (see below).
Please make an appointment by phone, for a consultation with the assistant . You can contact the assistant for the following:
Blood pressure measurement
Removing sutures after operation
Ear syringing
Injections
Glucose measurement
Urinalysis
Treatment of warts with N2
Pap smear
For urinalysis, you need to bring your first morning urine to the office before 10:00 AM.

Nurse practitioner Somatics(POH-S)

Our nurse practitioner works every Tuesday between 8.00 AM – 12.00 PM, and Wenesday’s from 8:00 AM to 17:00 PM. She controls the following:
Diabetes (sugar disease)
Risks for cardiovascular diseases (hypertension, obesity, high cholesterol)
COPD (chronic lung disease) and asthma
She gives also support voor stop with smoking.

Nurse practitioner mental health(POH-GGZ)

Are you sad, tense? Do you have problem with accepting the loss of your loved one, relationship problems with your partner or children, suffer from anxiety and panic or worried often? Please contact our POH mental health. He works every Friday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

Your doctor determines together with you or the POH mental health care or POH Somatic can help. A consultation with the POH is fully compensated by your health insurer.
